Air Canada asked Neutral Digital to build a VR experience in order to showcase their new livery, cabin design and core values over the course of several public shows and exhibitions around the world. The focus was to be put especially on the Business cabin, which provides an amazing in-flight experience.
At first, the Air Canada team thought about a 360 experience that was to take place in their main plane, the Dreamliner 787. While 360 content can be engaging and easily consumed, a proper real-time 3D VR experience appeared more relevant to fulfill Air Canada’s high ambitions.
Thus, we proposed an immersive and engaging VR experience, featuring a true narrative and playful interactions, with the goal to immerse and empower the users.
